We take pride in our service and maintain small group sizes on our multi-day trail rides to guarantee a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests. Given that our groups typically consist of 10-14 riders (depending on the tour), the availability of seats is limited. In light of this, we recommend reaching out to us at your earliest convenience to secure your spot on your dream tour next summer.<\/p>\n

Get ready for an early start in May 2024, leading into a rich September finale with the traditional sheep<\/a> and horse roundups.<\/a> Look forward to new itineraries, including the Hekla Adventure<\/a>\u00a0tour, Black Beach tour,<\/a> and the Landmannalaugar Adventure <\/a>tour. \u00a0Returning favorites include the Kirkjufell Adventure<\/a>, Southern Highland Adventure,<\/a> our very special Forces of Nature,<\/a> and the Chasing Waterfalls<\/a> tours.<\/span><\/p>\n

In a special offering, we present an exclusive challenge tailored for returning and experienced guests, intrigued by riding to Landsm\u00f3t Hestamanna <\/a>2024, the National Icelandic Horse Competition and Festival, scheduled for early July in Reykjavik. Embark on this incredible 8-day riding adventure commencing in the enchanting Sn\u00e6fellsnes Peninsula in the final week of June. Traverse the smooth beaches of L\u00f6ngufj\u00f6rur, journey through the Borgarfjordur valley, and culminate at the historic parliamentary site, Thingvellir, before concluding your ride in Reykjavik, just in time for Landsm\u00f3t’s biggest events. New Beginnings: Black Sand Beach Rides<\/h3>\n

We are thrilled to announce our Black Sand Beach rides collaboration with Robbi in South Iceland, ensuring that the beloved Beach rides continue, this time on a black sand beach. The tours will be a part of our Beach & Lava tour, and also as a 2-day add-on option to other tours or a stand-alone tour.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Farewell to Siggi and \u00d3l\u00f6f – Celebrating\u00a040 years of adventures with them<\/span><\/h3>\n

A significant chapter ends as we bid farewell to Siggi and \u00d3l\u00f6f, the stalwarts of our Sn\u00e6fellsnes, Beach, and L\u00f6ngufj\u00f6rur rides. While their departure leaves a void, their legacy remains in the joyous memories they’ve created. They will of course remain invaluable members of the Ishestar team as we look to collaborate with them on another level, more to come on that later! \u00a0Here’s to new adventures in 2024!<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
